Kamdhenu Ventures Subsidiary Company Secretary Resigns

Kamdhenu Ventures Limited announced that Mr. Rohit has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited, effective August 13, 2026, due to personal exigencies. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed Shri Madhusudan Agarwal and Shri Ramesh Chand Surana as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term.
