Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window Until After Audited Financial Results Announcement

Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the equity-shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations' 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026, and will reopen after a 24-hour period following the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
