Kansai Nerolac Paints gets NCLT nod for Nerofix amalgamation

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has received sanction from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Nerofix Private Limited with itself. The NCLT order was delivered on September 24, 2026. The company noted certain clerical/typographical errors in the order that will be rectified. The appointed date for the scheme is April 1, 2025, and it will become effective upon filing the certified copy of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. This amalgamation follows previous intimations to the exchange regarding the scheme.
