Kanungo Financiers Appoints Two Independent Directors

Kanungo Financiers Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Devesh Bhati and Mrs. Garima Gupta as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The Board also approved the shifting of the registered office from Gujarat to Maharashtra and the appointment of M/s. Suvarna & Katdare as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
