Kapil Cotex Ltd, now known as Skybiotech Healthcare Limited, has announced its revised un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2025. The board of directors approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half year ended on the same date. The revision was due to the non-attachment of the Consolidated Balance and Cash flow statement in the original submission. The limited review report was issued by the statutory auditors of the company.
