Kapil Cotex Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 2025

Kapil Cotex Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices. The closure will be effective from 1st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to engage in any transaction involving dealing or trading in the company's shares during this period.
