Karamtara Engineering Appoints Director to US Subsidiary

Karamtara Engineering Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Tilokchand Punamchand Ostwal, an Independent Director of the company, as a Director on the Board of its unlisted material subsidiary, KARAMTARA USA INC. This appointment is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations, which mandate the appointment of at least one Independent Director on the board of an unlisted material subsidiary. Mr. Ostwal, a Fellow Member of the ICAI with over 42 years of experience in accounting and finance, will serve as a Director until January 09, 2030. He is not related to any existing directors of either company and has no debarments from holding a director's office.
