Karbonsteel Engineering: Promoter Group Reclassification Request

Karbonsteel Engineering Ltd has received a request from Mrs. Jharna Ajmera, a member of the Promoter Group, to be reclassified as a public shareholder. This request will be considered by the Board of Directors during their meeting scheduled for November 14, 2026. The board meeting will also review the unaudited standalone financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the auditor's limited review report. The reclassification is being sought under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
