Karnataka Bank Announces 102nd AGM and Integrated Annual Report 2025-26

Karnataka Bank Ltd. has announced its 102nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The bank has also released its Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. Members can exercise their voting rights through electronic means via CDSL's e-voting platform, which will be open from September 18, 2026, 09:00 AM to September 21, 2026, 05:00 PM.
