Karnataka Bank Appoints Biji Sreekrishnavilas as Executive Director

Karnataka Bank Ltd has appointed Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan as an Additional Director, designated as a Whole Time Director in the capacity of Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective May 19, 2026. The appointment is for a period of 3 years from the date of taking charge and is subject to shareholder approval. The Reserve Bank of India approved the appointment on May 13, 2026. Mrs. Sankaranarayanan has not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by any authority.
