Karnimata Cold Storage Ltd has provided a clarification to the BSE regarding the delayed submission of the outcome of its board meeting held on May 28, 2026. The company stated that the financial results and auditor's report were approved on the meeting date. However, an unexpected breakdown in internal compliance systems and data servers, coupled with the subsequent weekend, caused the delay. The systems were restored on Monday morning, and the disclosures were uploaded to the BSE portal on June 1, 2026. The company attributes the delay to administrative and unintentional technical issues and requests the BSE to condone the late submission.
