Kartik Investments Re-appoints Ms. Aparna S as Independent Director

Kartik Investments Trust Ltd announced the re-appointment of Ms. Aparna S as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from August 27, 2026, to August 26, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval and follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Aparna S, a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant with over 24 years of experience, is not related to any other directors. The company also approved its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s. N Raghavan & Associates. The 48th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026.
