Kartik Investments Trust Ltd Approves Algavista Greentech Private Limited's Re-Classification Request

Kartik Investments Trust Ltd has informed the receipt of a request for re-classification from M/s. Algavista Greentech Private Limited (AGPL) from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. The Board of Directors considered the request at their meeting on 5 February, 2026 and approved the re-classification after confirming AGPL's eligibility as per Regulation 31A(3)(b) of the Listing Regulations. The re-classification is subject to the receipt of no-objection from BSE Limited. AGPL has undertaken to comply with the requirements specified in Regulation 31A(4) of the Listing Regulations at all times.
