Karur Vysya Bank declares standalone financial results for Q1 FY27

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE about its standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 20, 2026. A limited review report for the same period, issued by joint statutory central auditors M/s. Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP and M/s. Varma & Varma, has also been enclosed. The bank confirmed compliance with relevant accounting standards and RBI guidelines.
