Katare Spinning Mills Appoints New Auditors, Proposes MOA Alteration

Katare Spinning Mills Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Hiremath Patil Udgiri and Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a further term of five years, subject to member approval. This appointment follows the resignation of M/s. G M Pawle and Associates. The Board also approved a proposal to alter the Memorandum of Association by adding a new object clause to facilitate business expansion and diversification. Both decisions are pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
