Katare Spinning Mills Appoints New Statutory Auditors, Proposes MOA Alteration

Katare Spinning Mills Ltd announced board approval for the appointment of M/s. Hiremath Patil Udgiri and Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a further five-year term, subject to member approval. The board also approved a proposal to alter the Memorandum of Association by adding a new main object clause to facilitate business expansion and diversification, also pending member approval at the upcoming AGM. The changes follow the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. G M Pawle and Associates.
