Katare Spinning Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Thursday, Jan 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the financial results declaration will be intimated later.
