Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has announced that the record date for its upcoming meeting is September 21, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. They also approved the notice for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026, along with the Directors' Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22 to September 28, 2026, for the AGM. An independent auditor's report on the unaudited financial results was also provided.
