Kaushalya Infrastructure to Close Trading Window from January 1, 2026

Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI regulations. The closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The decision is in accordance with clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the company during this period.
