Kaveri Seed Company Completes 30% Equity Holding Acquisition in Aditya Agritech

Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 30% equity holding in Aditya Agritech Private Limited. The acquisition was completed on 11th November 2025, following the fulfillment of all conditions precedent set out in the Share Purchase Agreement. This acquisition has made Aditya Agritech a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaveri Seed Company Limited. The Board believes that this acquisition will strengthen the Company’s position in the seed sector, enhance its growth prospects, and create additional value for shareholders.
