Kay Power and Paper Appoints Mrs. Deepa Agarwal as Managing Director

Kay Power and Paper Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Deepa Agarwal as the new Managing Director, effective August 12, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Agarwal, who holds a B.A. (hons.) degree and is involved in private company operations, also holds directorships in fifteen other companies and possesses 2,286,800 shares in Kay Power and Paper Ltd. She is related to Ms. Aarushi Chandra, a Director on the board. Mrs. Agarwal is not debarred from holding a director position by any SEBI order.
