Kaya Ltd: Amrita Chowdhury Resigns as Head HR (SMP)

Ms. Amrita Chowdhury has resigned from her position as Vice President & Head Human Resource, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at Kaya Ltd, effective as per Company HR Policy. She is leaving to pursue career opportunities outside the organization. The resignation was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
