Kaya Ltd Director Resigns Effective July 31, 2026

Kaya Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Nikhil Nirvan Khattau from his position as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective July 31, 2026. The resignation is attributed to his pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee. The company stated there are no material reasons for his resignation beyond those cited. Mr. Khattau has served as a director and expressed gratitude for the opportunity.
