Kaya Ltd announced that Ms. Amrita Chowdhury has resigned from her position as Vice President & Head Human Resource, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP). She was relieved from her duties effective June 19, 2026. Ms. Chowdhury had initially indicated a desire for an earlier relieving date than her three-month notice period, and the company has accepted this.
