Kaynes Technology Appoints Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditor

Kaynes Technology India Ltd announced the appointment of Messrs. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as its new statutory auditor. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 07, 2026. The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting (FY 2026-27) until the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting (FY 2031-32), subject to shareholder approval. This change follows the completion of the first term of the current auditor, Messrs. K.P. Rao & Co. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP is a well-established firm with a long history and extensive experience auditing large listed companies in India.
