Kaynes Technology India Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, KAYNES ARABIA ELECTRONICS COMPANY (KAEC), in Saudi Arabia. This move aims to expand the company's business presence in the manufacturing and assembly of electronic products and sub-assemblies, primarily catering to customers in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. The authorized capital for KAEC is SAR 100,000, and the company will be a related party as it is a wholly owned subsidiary. The Board of Directors approved the incorporation on August 07, 2026. This strategic expansion is expected to strengthen Kaynes Technology's footprint in the Middle East market.
