Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from January 1st, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This decision is independent of any other trading window closure notices and is not intended to amend, alter, modify, curtail, or extend any other notice(s) for any other purpose.
