Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd. Settles Outstanding Dues, NCLAT Directs Withdrawal of Insolvency Proceedings

Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd., formerly known as KBC Global Limited and Karda Construction Limited, has settled its outstanding dues with the financial creditor, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. The settlement occurred on December 31, 2025, during the claim verification period of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to file an application under Section 12A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, to withdraw the CIRP. The IRP has initiated the process of filing this application before the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). This disclosure is made in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
