Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd Subsidiary Receives Work Contract of Rs 262.10 Cr from Leading Renewable Energy Company

Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dharan Infra EPC Limited, has received work contracts of an aggregate value of approximately Rs 3262.10 crore from a leading renewable energy company in India. The contracts are for the development of a grid-connected solar power plant for the solarization of segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations in different districts of Uttar Pradesh. The execution timelines are scheduled up to April 30, 2026. The revenues and liabilities arising from these contracts will be consolidated in the financial statements of Dharan Infra EPC Limited. The counterparty is a credible and established entity in the renewable energy sector, but its name has been withheld to protect commercial confidentiality and avoid competitive prejudice.
