KBS India Ltd has announced book closure for its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, adhering to current Ministry of Corporate Affairs guidelines. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, September 12, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. This closure is in accordance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
