KCL Infra Projects Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

KCL Infra Projects Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the Chair's permission. Concurrently, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are approved.
