KCP Ltd Board Meeting on Aug 3 to Consider Q1 FY27 Results & Dividend

KCP Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 3, 2026, to review and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend, if applicable. The company has also informed that the trading window for its equity shares, which closed on July 1, 2026, will remain shut for designated persons and related parties until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the company's registered office in Chennai at 12:00 PM IST.
