Vedic Ayurveda Appoints New CFO, Internal Auditor, and MD

Vedic Ayurveda Limited (formerly KD Leisures Limited) announced several key management changes and corporate actions following a Board of Directors meeting held on October 7, 2026. Mr. Shekhar Chandrakant More has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect. M/s. Goyal Nagpal & Co. has been appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, Ms. Deepika Awasthi's designation will change from Executive Director to Managing Director effective October 29, 2026, subject to member approval. Mr. Atul Chauhan was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) effective October 7, 2026, also subject to member approval. The Board also approved the notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 30, 2026, the Director's Report for FY26, and an increase in borrowing limits up to ₹100 Crores.
