The ROC's letter dated September 3, 2026, grants this extension, allowing the company to hold its AGM on or before October 31, 2026. This follows a board resolution on September 1, 2026, where the company applied for an extension. The company had initially sought a three-month extension up to December 31, 2026. The AGM date will be communicated in due course.
