This closure is in preparation for the company's 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM, to be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in remote e-voting, which will commence on October 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM and conclude on October 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote voting is October 23, 2026.
