Vedic Ayurveda Ltd Board Approves CFO Appointment, AGM Notice

Vedic Ayurveda Limited (formerly KD Leisures Limited) announced key decisions from its Board of Directors meeting held on October 7, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Shekhar Chandrakant More as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and M/s. Goyal Nagpal & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Ms. Deepika Awasthi's designation will change from Executive Director to Managing Director, effective October 29, 2026. Mr. Atul Chauhan was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent). The notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 30, 2026, was approved, along with the Director's Report for FY ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved an increase in borrowing limits up to ₹100 Crores and related provisions under the Companies Act, 2013.
