KDDL Ltd Board Meeting on Aug 4 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

KDDL Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 4, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results will be both standalone and consolidated. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for designated persons will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
