KDJ Holidayscapes Sees Key Management & Auditor Changes

KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts Ltd announced significant changes following a Board of Directors meeting on July 15, 2026. Mr. Akash Parmar resigned as Executive Director and CFO, and Mr. Hemantbhai Khodidasbhai Raval resigned as Managing Director. Mr. Ravikumar Patel has been appointed as the new Managing Director. The company also appointed M/s. J M Patel & Bros. as its new Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. DD Shah Patel & Co. who resigned. Additionally, alterations to the company's Objects and Articles of Association were approved, subject to shareholder consent.
