KEC International Appoints Anant Vardhan Goenka as Additional Director

KEC International Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anant Vardhan Goenka as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) effective November 02, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Goenka, who is the Vice Chairman of RPG Enterprises and son of Chairman Mr. H. V. Goenka, brings over 23 years of experience, including a transformative tenure as MD & CEO of CEAT Limited. His appointment is subject to member approval within three months. He is not debarred from holding a directorship.
