KELTECH Energies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and insiders. The closure will be in effect from 01st April 2026 to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course. Any insider dealing in shares contravention of the provisions may face penal action.
