Kemp & Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 7th November, 2025 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also closed the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 until 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the designated person(s) and their immediate relatives.
