Her second term is for five years, commencing September 30, 2026, and concluding on September 29, 2031. Ms. Bhageria is a Company Secretary with experience in secretarial, legal, corporate finance, and governance functions. She is not debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order or other authority and is not disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
