Kennametal India Ltd to hold 61st AGM on Nov 13, 2026

Kennametal India Limited has announced its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on November 13, 2026, at 12:00 Noon in Bengaluru. The e-voting period will commence on November 10, 2026, and conclude on November 12, 2026. The company has partnered with CDSL for e-voting services. Members' voting rights will be based on shares held as of the cut-off date, November 6, 2026. The audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, along with the Board and Auditor reports, will be presented for adoption. Additionally, Ms. Kelly Golden Lynch, a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, will retire by rotation and seek re-appointment. The remuneration for the Cost Auditors, M/s. K. S. Kamalakara & Co., for the financial year ending June 30, 2027, amounting to ₹4,00,000/- (₹4 Lakhs) excluding taxes, will also be ratified.
