Kerala Ayurveda Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 am IST via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This is in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant MCA and SEBI circulars. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice are being disseminated via email to shareholders and will be available on the BSE website, CDSL's e-voting portal, and the company's website. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 21, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from September 25 to September 27, 2026.
