Kerala Ayurveda Ltd's subsidiary, Nutraveda PTE LTD., has registered a step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V., in Europe. The new subsidiary will promote and commercialize Ayurveda-based wellness solutions in Europe, focusing on importing, marketing, and distributing certified Ayurveda products and operating an Ayurveda clinic offering consultations and holistic wellness services. The initial subscription of 120 shares of € 0.01 each in the Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V. will be paid by Nutraveda PTE LTD within 2-3 months after the bank account of Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V. is opened. The cost of acquisition is €1.2, and Nutraveda PTE LTD. will hold 100% of the paid-up share capital of Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V.
