Kernex Microsystems Appoints 3 Independent Directors, 1 Completes Tenure

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has announced the appointment of three new Independent Directors: Mrs. C Renuka Rani, Mr. A Seshagiri Rao, and Mr. P Dinakara Rao. Mrs. Rani's appointment is effective from September 6, 2026, to September 30, 2028, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Rao and Mr. Dinakara Rao are appointed for a period of five years from September 6, 2026, and September 30, 2026, respectively, also subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. A V Sarma has ceased to be an Independent Director upon completing his two-year term on September 5, 2026. The company has confirmed that the newly appointed directors are not debarred by any SEBI order.
