Kernex Microsystems Board Approves Q1 Results, Reappoints Directors

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the Un-Audited standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also took note of the limited review report for these results. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Badari Narayana Raju Manthena and Mr. Sitarama Raju Manthena as Whole-Time Directors for a further period of three years, effective September 2, 2026, was approved. The meeting also saw the approval of the Directors' report, Management Discussion and Analysis, and Corporate Governance Report.
