Kernex Microsystems (India) Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with M/s. Venkata Rami Reddy Constructions, M/s. Charvitha Enterprizes and Mr R. Venkata Reddy for the provision of automatic block signalling system in Vemulapadu-Muddanur section of Guntakal railway project. The company will hold 26% stake in the joint venture, while the other parties will hold 51%, 10%, and 13% respectively.,
