Kesar India Ltd Acquires 50.01% Stake in Mahashakti Coal Washeries Private Limited

Kesar India Ltd has acquired 50.01% equity shares of Mahashakti Coal Washeries Private Limited (MCWPL) from its existing shareholder. The acquisition was made on January 19, 2026, making MCWPL a subsidiary of Kesar India Ltd. MCWPL is involved in the business of dealing in fuels such as Coal, Coke, Petrol, Diesel, Low ash Metallurgical Coke, carbon, Chemicals, Petroleum Coke Products, Ferro Alloys, Electrodes, Energy, Petro Products, bio fuel, bio products, bio energy, bio wastes and products. Kesar India Ltd paid Rs. 50,010 for the acquisition of 50.01% equity stake in MCWPL.
