
Kesar Petroproducts Starts Trial Production at 6000 Tons Fertiliser Unit
Kesar Petroproducts Ltd. has started trial production at its new 6000 tons fertiliser plant at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The plant is expected to manufacture high-end fertilisers, boosting the company's topline significantly. Commercial production is likely to commence shortly. The bye products of the pigment plant will be used in manufacturing fertilisers at the new facility, enhancing pigment capacity in the existing plant. Kesar Petroproducts is a leading manufacturer of Phthalocyanine Blue Crude and its downstream products in the country, contributing up to 15% of the entire Copper Phthalocyanine market. The company registered a turnover of Rs 48.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, and had posted a turnover of Rs 148.89 crore in 2023-24. With the increase in fertiliser capacity, the production of Copper Phthalocyanine Blue Crude, Alpha Blue, and Beta Blue is expected to go up.
